Overview of the Navigation Menu

The owner portal has a side menu with the different options you have as property owner. 

1. The Navigation Menu

The navigation menu is located on the left side of the screen

2. Menu Items

The menu items are the different pages you can access on your owner portal. To access a page just click on the name of the page. Here you can find a quick summary of what each page is used for.

• Financials: This page allows you to search your property's general ledger in real time. 
• Rental owner ledger: Here you will find your draws and contributions. 
• Documents: Any file that the property manager shared with you. Usually the home for the signed agreements.
• Requests: Ticketing system to communicate with your property manager.
• Reports: Collection of pre-defined reports to better understand the health of your property. 

3. Account Settings

The last menu item is always at the bottom of the page and is where you can find your settings and the option to log out from the application.
