Paying your Rent with Retail Cash

You can pay your rent with cash at a nearby store using PayNearMe (Retail Cash). Follow these steps to obtain your payment code and instructions.

1. Log in to the Resident Portal

   Visit the following link to access your account:

   https://zealrealty.managebuilding.com/Resident/portal

   
   

2. Click "Get Paycode"

   Once logged in, locate the Current Balance section and click on the "Get Paycode" button.

   

   
   

     Stop

   If you do not see the "Get Paycode" option, please contact support at tenantsupport@zealproperty.com to request the activation of PayNearMe on your account. Be sure to include your account ID or use the same email we have on file as the sender.

     Note

   You will be redirected to the PayNearMe website, which will identify nearby stores where you can make your rent payment in person.

   
   

3. Obtain Your Payment Instructions

   On the PayNearMe site, choose one of the following options to receive your payment instructions:

   
   

   Send to Phone: Confirm your mobile number and click this option to receive a text message with the payment details.

   
   

   Print Instructions: Download and print a document containing your payment barcode and store options.

   
   

   

   
   

     Note

   Use your mobile device or the printed document at participating stores such as CVS, Walgreens, or 7-Eleven to complete your payment.

   
   

4. Visit the Selected Retail Location to Make Your Payment

   Take your mobile device with the payment code or the printed instructions to the chosen retail location. Present the barcode to the cashier, make your cash payment, and collect your receipt as proof of payment.

   
   

     Note

   Payments made at retail locations are processed securely. Ensure you keep the receipt for your records.

   
   

Completion

After making your payment, it will be recorded in your Resident Portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the payment to be reflected.
